Every living being exchanges matter, energy and information with its external environment. The Biosphere is defined as the sphere in which living beings live, so the Infosphere may be defined as the part of the Biosphere that deals with information. Since the Second World War, information has been defined as a magnitude. Previously, it was only a word, but today it is a science that is changing the world. The Infosphere is the only way to democratize the world, respect human rights, and eliminate dictatorial and corrupt regimes that marginalize women and other disadvantaged groups. Without information we would not have been able to be where we are today, so the Infosphere is the future.
